I came across this shop unintentionally, this local florist fulfilled an FTD order. Long story short the FTD order was a disaster, not due to Antheas (buyer beware of FTD). The owner stepped in, corrected the problem immediately and took responsibility even though the error wasn’t hers to own. She exercised excellent customer service, she cared and empathized with my situation. Integrity is rare these days, and so is the notion of treating others how one would want to be treated. Antheas provided a lovely replacement arrangement outside of FTD. I highly recommend and will use in the future.

I received a lovely birthday arrangement with roses, carnations and several other flowers that I don't know the name. I changed the water and cut the stems and was able to enjoy the arrangement for almost 10 days, the longest I have ever had a flower arrangement!
